snowfall no longer a dependency

The install.packages('snowfall') can be removed from the OpenMx installer, and the reference to 'snowfall' be removed from the three DESCRIPTION files that are in the binary and source trees.

Just so that people aren't running different setups mid-release, let's make this change at the next binary release. You can change the DESCRIPTION files in SVN. OK?
