Filename is OpenMx_0.1.3-776.tgz in linux installation

When installing on a linux platform, change the installation script to point to OpenMx_0.1.3-776.tgz instead of OpenMx_0.1.3-776.tar.gz, or rename the files in the repository to OpenMx_0.1.3-776.tar.gz.

Does any machine that installs from source look for tar.gz? This is R ridiculousness; the default that R CMD BUILD returns is tar.gz, but the binary installs require tgz.

Fixed this a while back, but never marked it. We have both name extensions in the repo now.
