Dear Mike & colleagues,

I am currently working on a TSSEM paper. However, some errors occur when I run the codes in R software. Please see data, my model and R codes in the attachments.

First, when I run TSSEM1, OpenMx status 1 is 6 and Warning message appears: "In print.summary.meta(x) : OpenMx status1 is neither 0 or 1. You are advised to 'rerun' it again." What should I do to solve it?

Second, when I run "checkRAM(Amatrix=A1, Smatrix=S1, cor.analysis=TRUE)", warning messages appears:"1: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) : NAs introduced by coercion; 2: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) : NAs introduced by coercion; 3: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) : NAs introduced by coercion; 4: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) : NAs introduced by coercion; 5: In FUN(X[[i]], ...) : NAs introduced by coercion; 6: In checkRAM(Amatrix = A1, Smatrix = S1, cor.analysis = TRUE) : The variances of the dependent variables in 'Smatrix' should be free." You can see the model in the attachments, how to create the corresponding A, S and F matrices?

Third, how to plot the model in R software to check whether the model is correct or not?

Thanks in advances!

Best regards,
Guoquan
