genEpi_ library?

in the thread "matrix redimensioning" tim bates mentioned the "genEpi_ library." can we users get information about this?

I think Tim was referring to the helper functions created (primarily by hermine and mspiegel, I think) for the 2010 Boulder Twin Workshop.
