bi- or multi-variate twin model script for OpenMx?

Are there multivariate Twin scripts for pathic and/or matic scripts available to work with?

Not as far as I know.

Not as far as I know. However, the advent of lower triangular matrices should make it a snap to modify UnivariateTwinAnalysis_Matrix.R to a Cholesky, and the algebras for common and independent models are very straightforward. Sex-limitation scripts will be a bit more challenging as there are several choices to be made.

OK. Made and commited a fairly expandable 2-group multi-variate script

A trunk/demo/TwinAnalysis_Multivariate_Matrix_Raw.R

Comments welcome. It would be good to add mx comparison checks, then add some path dropping and fit-change code.

Look forward to seeing those 5-group sex limitation models :-)
