This week we start with an introduction to R. Then we introduce the OpenMx data structures and syntax. Next, we work through the same models we used last week.
There are slides for this lecture as well as three datasets and a series of R scripts. If you want to run these scripts, download all the scripts and datasets to a project directory that you have created for this week's lecture. Then open up the R GUI and set the working directory to be your newly created project directory. You should then be able to run each script as you go through the slides. Each script creates and runs one model.
